


Machine tool usage and performance characteristics
Adopting German Siemens or well-known domestic brand CNC systems to achieve automatic grinding work cycles and ensure machining dimensional accuracy. The feed of the external grinding wheel and the movement of the worktable are both driven by AC servo motors through ball screws. The grinding wheel feed adopts a linear rolling guide to ensure sensitive feed and good rigidity.
The machine tool is equipped with automatic timed and quantitative lubrication to ensure the lubrication of the guide rail and screw.
The bed body is a monolithic structure with internal ribs arranged in a box shape, and is made of high-strength low-alloy cast iron with reasonable aging treatment, which has high overall stiffness and strength. Meets the requirements of efficient and high-precision equipment for basic components.
The grinding wheel rack system adopts a precision spindle system, and the grinding wheel spindle always maintains high rotational accuracy, rigidity, and working stability. And the grinding wheel frame is driven to feed through a ball screw. The grinding wheel rack guide rail adopts a straight rolling steel guide rail.
The worktable adopts a double-layer structure, which facilitates the adjustment of machine tool accuracy. The rotating worktable can grind conical surface parts.
The worktable moving mechanism adopts an AC servo motor to directly drive the ball screw pair and control the worktable movement. The workbench guide rail is a plastic coated sliding guide rail.
The measurement system can choose the Sino Japanese joint venture Zhongyuan Precision or Italian Marposs measuring instrument to perform axial positioning and radial online measurement of the workpiece according to customer needs. And it is connected to the CNC system of the machine tool to complete the automatic cycle of workpiece grinding.
The cooling system adopts an independent cooling flushing design and is equipped with an independent cooling water tank to further ensure the quality of grinding.
According to the characteristics of production, full or semi enclosed protection can be selected to prevent coolant splashing and ensure a clean environment and the health of operators.
The machine tool electrical cabinet and machine tool protection device are integrated, with good sealing performance and easy handling.
